Welcome to MACO's Online Booking Service. Our team brings you a service that allows you to book an appointment online from the comfort of your home or office in just 2 minutes.
In addition, you have the ability to see our availability in real time depending on the date you choose, so you can plan and book your appointment accordingly.
1.
Select "ATHENS" (if you want to make an appointment at the MACO store in Athens) or "THESSALONIKI" (if you want to make an appointment at the MACO store in Thessaloniki)
2.
Select the service you are interested in
3.
Choose the date and time you want (the times you will see will be ONLY the available times that will exist depending on the choice of service)
4.
Fill in ALL the information you will be asked for such as:
“Name”: Your First and Last Name, in capital Greek letters
“Email”: Your email*
“Phone Number”: Your mobile phone number
“Notes”: Add a note about something you wanted us to know**
5.
Finally, press the “BOOK” button and wait a few seconds until you see the following message:
“Thank you for your reservation! You will receive a confirmation email shortly”
6.
After the booking has been completed, please ensure that you have received the confirmation email with the correct date, time and location of the appointment.
Are you ready!
*(please make sure it is an active email, because in it you will receive the confirmation of the reservation and all the information about your appointment at MACO)
**(eg that you may be 5 minutes late or that another person will accompany you.)

Check your emails and open the Confirmation Email
2.
Select “Change Meeting”
3.
Now select “Reschedule”
4.
Select the new date and time
5.
Select “Update Reservation” and wait until you receive the following message:
"Your reservation has been rescheduled. You will receive a confirmation email shortly”
6.
Once your booking change is complete, make sure you receive the confirmation email with the new appointment date, time and location.
Are you ready!
Note: Changing the booking is only about changing the date, time and contact details. If you want to choose another service, you will have to cancel your appointment and book the new service again.

Now press the “Cancel Reservation” button and you will see the following message:
Are you sure you want to cancel this reservation?

Select “Cancel Reservation” again and wait until you receive the following message:
Your booking has been cancelled. You will receive a confirmation email shortly.
5.
After your booking has been cancelled, please ensure that you have received the confirmation email with the cancellation of the appointment.
